Hydro Shield is a nano glass coating built on polysiloxane, a hydrophobic compound that bonds to the glass. Once it cures, water can’t spread out and cling. It pulls into tight beads that the airflow pushes off the windscreen at speed, often before your wipers need to move.

Brightening agents in the formula leave the glass crystal clear, with no haze or distortion, so you get sharper vision in the wet and glass that stays cleaner for longer.

How to use

Four steps. Then let it cure overnight.

1. Start with clean glass

Clean and dry the glass thoroughly. Use Decon Pro first for best results.

2. Apply

Spray onto an applicator and wipe on in overlapping strokes.

3. Wait & buff

Leave for 5 to 10 minutes, then buff with a clean microfibre cloth.

4. Let it cure

Allow 12 hours before washing. Then watch the rain bead away.

Glass cleaner removes dirt sitting on the glass. Hydro Shield adds a hydrophobic polysiloxane layer that makes water bead and roll off, and helps stop bugs and grime from sticking.

Not required, but recommended. A coating bonds best to truly clean glass. Decon Pro strips oil film and water spots so Hydro Shield can bond properly. Decon Pro is the prep step, Hydro Shield is the protection.
