1. Hospital Bag
Preparing a hospital bag before giving birth is essential to ensure you have all the necessary items for your comfort and the care of your newborn. Here's a list of items you should consider packing:
For Yourself:
- Personal identification and hospital documents (ID, insurance information, birth plan, etc.)
