Snap Shades predominantly uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. For oversize items within Australia, Snap Shades uses Sendle for standard shipping and TNT for express shipping.
Should your parcel be delayed, go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Snap Shades cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or undelivered items.
You will receive a confirmation email from Snap Shades to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Snap Shades with tracking information showing the carrier and tracking number. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at info@snapshades.com with your Order Number to check the status of your order.
Please note: Where part of your order is on backorder, your order will be sent when the backorder item/s are available for shipping.
If there is a delivery failure not caused by Snap Shades (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Snap Shades can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.
The below processing and delivery time frames apply to in-stock items only. Please allow approximately 30 business days for the delivery of backorder items.

International Shipping
We currently provide FREE International shipping to New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Ireland and some countries in Europe for orders over AUD$70 and Canada for orders over AUD$100. This excludes any order/s that contain oversize items.
For all other International destinations, International postage charges are determined by the zone your destination country belongs to.
We predominantly ship internationally via Australia Post/EMS. We will ship orders containing oversize items via DHL. Upon checkout, you will be provided with the relevant options and price once you have entered your address.
Australia Post/EMS divides the international delivery network into zones, based on delivery costs and speed. Each zone has its price point. The zone structure Australia Post uses depends on the weight of the item being sent. Our website will calculate weight automatically and provide you with a shipping cost to your address.

Please note: The purchaser is liable for any duties/taxes/tariffs/fees payable in the receiving country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If an item is returned to us due to non payment/refusal of the purchaser to pay their local custom duties/taxes/tariffs/fees, the order will be refunded once it is received back, less the shipping costs for parcel to be returned to us.

Local Pickup
You are able to collect your order from our warehouse in Silverwater, NSW. Please select 'click and collect' at checkout. Click and Collect Orders are available for collection from our warehouse the next business day.
